Trying to define what a tweet is

I had a go at this a while ago but focused more on availability of the message. This time around I’ve added the immediacy of the different communication methods. Having to make a few assumptions on how I generally use each method:

IM – almost immediately in a closed audience.
Tweet – 1 min to a day to a semi-closed audience.
Blog – 30 min to life of blog and is open to all.
Email – I’ve said about 1 hr to 1 month but this depends on the user (to a closed audience).

So based on this here is my new graph.

tweetchart

I look forward to any thoughts. I may also set a poll to see how close this is (once I work out the best way to do that).
