I had to take a body check this week. Well I didn’t have to but it is one of those things that we try to do every two years. But since then I’ve started to notice that I’m finding it more difficult to keep myself healthy. I’m not completely unhealthy, or maybe it’s the heat, but I’m finding little ‘naps’ seem quite fitting at about 4pm.
I am making an effort to exercise more, but it does seem to be more difficult.
This is a concept chart that tries to explain how I am seeing the whole keeping healthy lark. Does anyone else see this?
