Is this a trend that will be affecting the world?
Looking at this chart it seems that it is not worth buying into housing as the worth is going down (even over the longer period). Taking this into account; should I be buying a property with the idealism of having my own pad will give security. As these figures seem to tell me differently.
We’ve recently taken on a new helper to help around the house while we go to work. It is a big help as it leaves you to concentrate on the other things in life. There is only one concern (they may be others) how safe is it to have somebody else living in your home? Can you trust them?
