Alternative foods for lunch

Slices of fruit breads, banana and strawberry go over well, served with a little spread of cream cheese of course.

Cream cheese tortilla wraps, you can sneak some lettuce in with some thinly sliced veggies and/ or with some left over cooked chicken

Salad and wrap it up in a tortilla or stuff some into a pita pocket with some dressing, mayonnaise or cream cheese.

Left over’s make great lunches for kids and adults, make a little extra
of your kids favourite meals, and serve some during the week.

get a thermos and give pasta, soups, chillies and stews.

Whole wheat bread (3grams fiber), Turkey, Lettuce & Tomato, Celery or carrot sticks, Fruit, grapes
