Ever since the 60 centuries, if we were talking about martial arts novels, and if you have not read one or two novels by these three novelist Louis Cha – Kam Yueng, Xiong Yaohua – Gu Long and Chen Wentong – Liang Yusheng; you would be classed as a very bad taste and out fashion reader.

雖然自己不算是個武俠書痴,但當年我便為了看金庸的書劍、倚天、射雕、神雕; 古龍的小李飛刀、邊城浪子和梁羽生的七劍、萍蹤、俠骨丹心和白髮魔女而費寢忘餐。

古龍先生早已不在人世。今天又見到了梁羽生先生在澳洲悉尼與世長辭的消息,他享年84,也算是有福德之人了。可惜文壇上又少了一顆巨星,實在深感遺憾! 在當今雲雲作家之中,相信實難找到誰可媲美這三武俠小說大師了。

梁羽生先生在2004年獲香港嶺南大學頒發榮譽文學博士，在此之前,他更有新派武俠小說鼻祖之美譽，及獲北京中國現代文學館籌建“梁羽生文庫”，2008年獲澳洲華文文化團體聯合會頒發澳華文化界終身成就獎。

他的主要武俠小說作品有： 《龍虎鬥京華》、《草莽龍蛇傳》、《塞外奇俠傳》、《七劍下天山》、《江湖三女俠》、《白髮魔女傳》、《萍蹤俠影錄》、《冰川天女傳》、《還劍奇情錄》、《冰魄寒光劍》、《散花女俠》、《女帝奇英傳》、《聯劍風雲錄》、《雲海玉弓緣》、《大唐遊俠傳》、《冰河洗劍錄》、《龍鳳寶釵緣》、《狂俠.天嬌.魔女》、《風雷震九州》、《慧劍心魔》、《飛鳳潛龍》、《俠骨丹心》、《瀚海雄風》、《鳴鏑風雲錄》、《游劍江湖》、《風雲雷電》、《牧野流星》、《廣陵劍》、《武林三絕》、《絕塞傳烽錄》、《彈指驚雷》、《劍網塵絲》、《武林天驕》、《幻劍靈旗》、《武當一劍》共35 部。

These three novelists were like the only tripod in the martial art fiction world, each holding their own territory. Their novels, could make forget meals and sleepy once you dare start reading them. And they are still continuously influencing the entertainment business, both on TV and Movie world.

Although I could not count myself as a book worm of martial art fiction, but I did got told off by my parents because of the way I addicted on reading their books.

Mr. Xiong Yao Hua (Gu Long) died in 1985, young around his middle forty. Yesterday, I saw the news of Mr Chen (Liang Yusheng) on the newspaper that he has just pass away in Sydney, Australia. He was 84 years old.

I believe anyone who has been reading his novel will be deeply sorry for this lost, we lost another martial art novel star. Honestly, it’s hard to find any young author nowadays could be as good as these three martial art novel masters.

Liang Yuseng has gained his honours doctor in 2004 with Lingnan University (Hong Kong), but he had won his master reputation of a martial art novelist in the Chinese nation long before this. There has a gallery of Liang Yuseng in the Beijing Modern Chinese Literature Museum, he also had received the lifetime achievement award by the Australia Cultural Association.
