Nowadays, you can taste a plate of tasty mini lobster (as fig. 1) easily. Place like high class restaurant buffet; Ikea coffee; everywhere. With it’s  cooked reddish shell, it does look very tempting. But rarely the eater knows the true health threat of eating this kind of mini creature.

As I have been told, eating this kind of mini lobster might infect your lung (see fig. 2), you might get Paragonimiasis. This kind of mini crustacean is the sewage’s garbagemen, the dirtier the water, the fatter of them become.

Under the surrounding they are growing, their lungs are full of worms and their flesh saturated with poisonous metals. Unscrupulous merchants found a way to get these marketed to the eateries.

I believe that it must cost a lot cheaper for the merchants, who is happily to get these mini lobster on the plate to you; the eateries,  with a price on the same range of fresh seafood, (see fig. 3) thinking, you will never found out, you don’t die straight away.

據報道指出,吃這種龍蝦可能嚴重影嚮肺部健康。這種小龍蝦其實是污水中的清道夫。喜歡生活在污水道之中,水質越穢,它們便越發育。

由於它們的生長環境,它們的肺部長滿了寄生蟲,而它們的肉,也含有金屬毒素, 你有可能染上肺吸蟲症(圖2)。不知是那些無良商人把它們放在碟上供人食用。

我相信在食肆生財角度來看,一碟小龍蝦的成本一定比較低,但它們的賣相,卻可以與新鮮龍蝦BB之列同齋(圖3)。反正,誰去理會,誰曉得他們在吃著甚麼?反正味道不錯,又不會吃了便馬上死人!
